Linden Honey

Linden honey from Romania. Acquired from the flowers of the lined tree which blooms between June and July. The color of linden honey depends on the region and time of collecting the nectar. It usually has a greenish-yellow up to a light amber color. Its aroma includes clearly distinguishable linden flowers and its taste is slightly spicy.

Linden honey is regarded as one of the best nectar honeys. It possesses strong antibiotic properties, destroys bacteria especially within the mucus membrane of the throat and nose. Recommended in treating light flu or common cold.
