Organic Linden honey come from certified apiaries which meet highest standards. Linden honey is characterised by its colour ranging from very bright, almost white to amber with a greenish shade depending on the admixture of honeydew, which often accompanies this kind of honey. The smell of linden honey is very strong and the taste is slightly bitter. At room temperature of about 20 degrees, it crystallizes in a few weeks.

Linden honey is perfect for colds and coughs, flu symptoms and upper respiratory tract diseases. It has an expectorant effect and accelerates the regeneration of the upper respiratory tract cuticle.
