Almond Honey

Spanish honey

Honey originating from Spain. Obtained from almond flowers, or almond tree growing in the warm southern regions of Europe. It should not to be confused with honey with the addition of almonds. The taste is sweet, with a hint of almonds, but sometimes it is slightly bitter.

Almond honey has a good effect on the cardiovascular system. It lowers blood pressure. Almond honey also works on the complexion, hair and nails, therefore it is recommended as a component of creams and masks.
