Heather Honey

Spanish honey Light bronze in color with amber hues. It has a jelly-like structure. It crystallizes into small grains and changes color into orange. Heather honey has a noticeable flowery aroma due to the high content of essential oil. It is slightly spicy and bitter in taste. In the kitchen, it is a great addition to meat.
