Multiflower Honey

Multiflower honey, the most popular of Polish honeys, has many uses in terms of nutrition. Its color and properties depend on the time of harvesting and types of flowers from which it was obtained. Usually light yellow, up to dark tea-like color.

Consuming multiflowerl honey is recommended in cases of inflammations of the respiratory tract. It mitigates the effects of stress and excessive nervous tension. It is also slightly sedative. It is recommended in cases of mental and physical exhaustion. It has a positive effect on the heart and blood vessels.
