Acacia honey is characterised by a very light, straw-like colour. Sometimes it is almost colourless. This type of honey is distinguished by a very intense aroma of the robinia acacia flower from which it is obtained. Honey is very mild and sweet in taste, which makes it especially tasty for children.
Due to the high content of natural sugar – fructose, it crystallizes very slowly.
It is recommended in inflammatory conditions of the gastrointestinal tract. It has a protective effect on the intestines and stomach. It prevents the formation of stones in our bodies. Consumption of acacia honey is recommended in states of fatigue and exhaustion.
